Job Description

As a press brake operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to manufacture products according to drawings and specifications for our client. You will monitor production, ensure the quality of the finished material, and perform maintenance and minor repairs on the machines as needed. You will also work closely with production management to optimize production processes and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30 or 07:00 to 16:00. The assignment is for 6 months with a chance of extension.

Qualifications

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone with good workshop experience and experience working with press braking in the manufacturing industry. You should have a relevant technical education, such as in industry or mechanics. It is also important that you have knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings as well as an understanding of material properties. You should have good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently under time pressure. Experience handling CNC machines is a requirement.

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with Amada press brakes. Knowledge of CAD programs and experience in quality control processes are also valuable. If you have completed courses in advanced CNC programming or specialized in a specific material, it is an advantage.
